**Due to the snowdays we've had, we will continue to work on Spelling List 17 and have our spelling prequiz and quiz on Wednesday and Thursday.

MEMORY VERSE:  We will recite Deut. 6:5 on Monday and begin practicing Philippians 4:13 for the rest of the week.

Deut. 6:5:  "And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might."

Phil. 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me."

In Math we are learning:  9 Addition and Subtraction Family, Counting by 2's, 5's, 10's, and 25's telling time to the hour, to the half hour, and quarter past,  measuring in inches and centimeters, counting with quarters, dimes, nickels, and pennies and, working out (+) and (-) story problems, reading a thermometer, finding one half of a group, comparing three-digit numbers and identifying the number that is greatest and the least, liquid measurements (cups, pints, quarts, and gallons), counting one-half dozen, etc.

 REMINDER:  March will be the last month of the Book-It Reading Program!!  Keep on reading!
