For the week of Dec. 7-11,2009

      8th Grade Bible Test: Tuesday, 12/8     Units 12-14.  Read over workbook pages with the questions at the end of the lesson; lesson Hand Outs, notes from class and review the memory verse Gen. 32:28. We will finish the Units 15-17 on Thursday, 12/10.  There was a lot of material to cover for one test at this time.

8th grade English:  Book Report Assigned: 11/17/09.  The finished report is to be done and handed in for Thursday, Dec. 10  Vocabulary: Regular weekly homework with Voc. test 12 on Friday.  Grammar Test tentative date for Unit 8 is Tuesday, 12/15/09. We will return to Literature after our next grammar test.

9th Grade:Vocabulary: regular weekly homework with test on Friday, Dec. 11, 2009. We are still in grammar.  Research papers will start after mid-terms.

     10th Grade: For the very first time, I am able to teach the same book to two different classes.Both the Junior class and Sophmore class are reading A Christmas Carol. We have nightly reading, questions and vocabulary for each Stave.  Vocabulary Quiz for Stave II is Tuesday, 12/8

    11th Grade:  reading is the same for 10th,  1 page summary of "Social Gospel" is due Monday, 12/7/09. Voc. quiz is Tuesday, 12/8 over Stave II

   12th Grade:  We will be starting Macbeth on Monday. Notes, questions, and most of the reading and listening will be done in class. Very little reading outside of the class unless it is for review.
